How do I communicate with my Reach Robotics product?

Available methods of communication vary between Reach Robotics products according to the below table:

*Older Alpha 1-2 functions may have a 5-pin connector rather than a 6-pin connector. This means they are using either RS232 or RS485, and cannot switch between the two without a hardware change. Contact Reach Robotics Support if you are unsure which comms protocol your 5-pin Alpha is using.

** The Bravo Wrist Camera must be connected through the Bravo wrist accessory port to be used over Ethernet.
