Use the table below to determine which comms protocol(s) can be used with your RR product.

Older Alpha manipulators may have a 5-pin connector rather than a 6-pin connector. This means they are using either RS232 or RS485, and cannot switch between the two without a hardware change. Contact Support if you are unsure which comms protocol your 5-pin Alpha is using.
The Bravo IP wrist camera must be connected through the Bravo accessory port to be used over Ethernet.
