What is the Health Panel in Reach Control and how do I access it?

A screenshot of the Health Panel is often the first thing that a Reach Robotics engineer will ask for when troubleshooting any issues with your units, so we recommend getting familiar with it early on.

You can access the Health Panel by going to Settings > Tools > Health, or by clicking a manipulator/controller in the Help panel (Status tab).

If the Help panel is not visible in the lower right corner of the screen, toggle it by clicking the question mark symbol in the top right corner.

 

The Health Panel displays the comms status, leak status, and any hardware errors reported for each connected product (Figure 1).

The comms and leak status are always shown. Click Expand [...] next to each section to see the climate information for each joint (Figure 2).

When an error is reported, it will appear underneath the comms and leak status (Figure 3).

Expand the error to see details for each joint (Figure 4).
